IdeaLabs, LLC warrants that the products listed above and sold through our online system will be
merchantable and free from material defects. IdeaLabs, LLC makes no other warranties, whether expressed
or implied, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that this
product is found to be defective, IdeaLabs' sole responsibility shall be to either refund the purchase
price for the product or replace it with a product free of defects, at IdeaLabs' option. IdeaLabs, LLC
shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product. In addition,
IdeaLabs, LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental
damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business opportunities.
Purchases of products/services from us are final and non-refundable. The client agrees to notify
IdeaLabs within 7 calendar days any ordered items that were not delivered with the package. If IdeaLabs
determines that the missing items are due to issues with the shipping carrier, the client agrees to
seek remediation from the shipping carrier first and provide IdeaLabs with evidence of any formal
action filed with shipping carrier. If the client does not notify IdeaLabs within 7 calendar days
and/or refuses to seek remediation with the carrier first (in case the package was damaged during
transportation), IdeaLabs is not liable for any losses the client may endure, including but not limited
to missing items for which the client claims to have paid. No refund/reshipment/exchange will be provided
if the client fails to meet the respective requirement for notification of IdeaLabs, or filing claims
with the shipping carrier (when there is evidence of damage/theft during transportation).
Cancellation or return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the
remaining items to be charged at full retail value. All associated shipment costs, including duties,
customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Returns
of products will be accepted within 14 days of the postal delivery date. We will use the official shipping
carrier tracking information available online to determine when a package was delivered within the USA.
If the package was delivered to the wrong address, the 14 days limit still applies as we are not responsible
for shipping carrier mistakes or buyer providing incorrect/incomplete address. For international orders, we
will use official USPS tracking information if available. If USPS tracking information is not available for
the respective destination country/address the buyer must provide evidence of date of receipt. If the
international buyer does not provide such evidence we will not accept any returns. Materials must be returned
in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or ziplock bag in order to be considered
for a refund.
IdeaLabs LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we" and/or "us") operates FOB shipping point, freight prepaid.
This means that the responsibility for the goods transfers from us to buyer (hereinafter referred to as "you")
the moment the package leaves our warehouse. Therefore we are NOT responsible for delays, losses, damages,
thefts, confiscations, additional postal fees in transit or at destination, taxes, etc. This list of events
we are NOT responsible for is incomplete and may change at any time. All claims about missing / damaged /
delayed / confiscated / modified merchandise must be made directly with the shipping carrier, NOT us. You
should buy shipping insurance if you feel you need it, please contact us if you decide to insure your package.
A processed order usually ships within five business days unless noted, and we make a best effort to ship
within one business day. For temporarily out of stock items or delayed shipments, you will be contacted by
e-mail or telephone. Our website does not display quantities available because the turnover is continuous.
If an item is permanently unavailable or discontinued, the charge will be voided or a complete refund will
be made to your card. We will notify you if this occurs. Unless otherwise noted, all items ship directly
from our warehouse in Washington, DC. In the near future, some items may start shipping from our off-site
warehouses in Europe and Asia. There is a default shipping method/carrier (e.g. USPS) for both domestic
(within US) and international packages. There are alternative shipping method/carrier options available on
a case-by-case basis. Generally, the costs for the alternative shipping methods/carriers are much higher
than the default one (USPS) so unless you have a good reason to change the method/carrier please do not do
so. Premature optimization is the root of all evil. Contact us via e-mail for alternative shipping method /
carrier, special orders or larger orders that you think warrant an insurance. Our automatic shipping quote
tool does not take into consideration OVERSIZED items, therefore extra charges apply to large/odd size boxes.
All shipments are sent prepaid. If the estimated shipping/handling charges substantially exceed actual costs,
we will contact you. For international orders, actual shipping may exceed estimates. We contact customers
about shipping surcharges and reserve the right to assess these additional charges. Surcharges can include
UPS/DHL address correction fees billed to us when customers give incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Delivery
confirmation numbers and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail for most orders if accurate e-mail addresses
are provided when orders are placed. E-mails are sometimes blocked by anti-spam software from some e-mail
services. Add paypal.com as an acceptable sender. If you did not receive a tracking number within a few days
of placing an order please check your spam filter/folder first before you contact us. IdeaLabs LLC will not be
responsible under any circumstances for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been received through
the online tracking system provided by USPS or the other shipping vendors. This also includes non-electronic
proof of delivery such as certified mail signed delivery statement or signed receipt statement.
It is the sole responsibility of the client/buyer to ensure that the items ordered from our online store
are permissible for mailing/receipt in the destination country. We assume absolutely no responsibility for
issues arising due to ordering prohibited/restricted items and any subsequent customs/legal issues in the
destination or transit countries. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once
your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are unfamiliar with customs regulations, fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or
customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your
order MAY be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. If a package is lost in transit,
confiscated by authorities, damaged, stolen, etc we are NOT responsible and the issue should be taken up
with the local postal, custom, and law enforcement authorities. Again, once a package is shipped we have
no responsibility for it and we will offer no refund if something happens to it after shipping. If the
package is returned to us as undeliverable, please contact us to discuss what can be done to send it again.
